Policy

Our Policy:

1. Please arrive on time for each class. Parents are not allowed to stay in the classroom when the class takes place.

2. Monthly tuition is due in the first week of each month. Please make your payments on time. If there are holidays in the month, we will email every parent before the beginning of the month so that you can prepare the tuition accordingly. If a student cannot attend a class for personal reasons, you need to inform us at least 24 hours before the class starts, then that tuition can be used to make up the missed class (rather than being applied to deduct the following month’s tuition). If you fail to inform us, you will lose the credit for that particular missed class and there will not be a make-up class.

3. Based on each student’s achievement and skills, we will help them to prepare for fine arts competitions at various levels. During the planning stage, we will discuss with their parents regarding the type and quantity of artwork for the students to submit. We will provide suggestions based on our professional judgment. Because we have to coordinate among multiple students for the same competition, we ask the parents to try your best to follow our recommendations regarding the submissions. Of course, if you have suggestions, we will be glad to take them into consideration.

4. Students need to purchase their art materials in preparation for the class. If parents wish to ask us to purchase art materials on their behalf, please let us know ahead of time.
